We will accept the return or exchange of any item you are not satisfied with 15 (fifteen) days of the reciept date. Acceptable or exchanged goods must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and inner bags must still be sealed.
For these returns, email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for return authorization, and there will be no restocking fee. We are unable to reimburse original or return shipping costs.
We return money or will send goods for exchange (shipping costs pays by customer) after the items is received and inspected.
When emailing for the return authorization, please be sure to include the Order Number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will reply back with return address.
